Rented a car at Europcar Manchester Airport last Tuesday , the paperwork showed the car as undamaged , but at inspection of the car i found damage on several places , i asked the staf to make a note of that and went on my way –
coming back i was late for my flight so i quickly dropped of the car and thought everything was ok , today saturday i have received a letter that i had damage on the car when i brought it back – and i noticed that next to the money i payed for full insurance an extra 25 £ was taken from my creditcard. without any further information.
Better be on allert if you pick up a car at Europcar.
This has probably been the last time i rented a car from Europcar … ever.
